Palliative Care at Home, Alongside the Treatment You Already Have

LoveWell Med Partners provides in-home palliative care for people living with serious illness. Our team comes to you, wherever you call home, to ease symptoms, coordinate with your doctors, and help your family plan ahead. You don’t have to stop treatment, and you don’t have to be on hospice.

What In-Home Palliative Care Includes

Why Care at Home

Fewer trips when you're unwell. Visits happen in your living room, not a waiting room.

We see the whole picture. Seeing you at home helps us understand what daily life is really like.

Family can be part of it. The people who help you every day can join visits and ask questions.

Symptoms We Help With

Your Care Team

Visits are led by physicians and nurse practitioners, with support from nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other specialists. Medical direction is provided by Lince Varughese, MD. Our office keeps your other doctors informed by fax or electronic health record.
